Golden Pass Pipeline
Golden Pass Pipeline is a joint venture company formed by affiliates of three of the world's largest and most experienced oil and gas companies: Qatar Petroleum (70%), ExxonMobil (17.6%), and ConocoPhillips (12.4%).
The Golden Pass Pipeline is a 69-mile long, FERC-regulated interstate pipeline originating at the Golden Pass LNG Terminal in Sabine Pass, Texas, and terminating at the Transco interconnection in Starks, Louisiana. The 42-inch diameter pipeline is capable of transporting an average of 2.5 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day.
With nine interconnects to intrastate and interstate pipelines, the Golden Pass Pipeline provides access to major markets, connecting to both the Houston Ship Channel and major interstate pipelines servicing the Gulf Coast, Midwest and northeast United States.
